CUSTOM ORDERS AND DESIGNS 

A custom design piece is when there is no pattern available. In this process, I sketch designs by hand and present the various options to the customer. The customer can “pick and choose” which variables they prefer. Together we choose colors, the wool, and go over measurements. 

A custom order is when a customer requests a crochet piece for which there is already a written pattern (whether it is my own pattern or another designer’s pattern). The customer also picks the color (s) of the piece(s) to be made.

*Any custom design and/or order MUST be paid in full before any work commencing. All custom work is NON-REFUNDABLE. *

*PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THIS TIME, CUSTOM DESIGNS AND ORDERS ARE ON HOLD. *

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with pieces, I will gladly accept returns within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery. I will gladly refund the original prices minus the original shipping fees. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when exchanging/returning items, should shipping be required. 

***However, custom orders, custom designs, personalized pieces, digital patterns are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.***

PLEASE NOTE all pieces are crafted by hand and are each one of a kind! Please allow for slight variances from the photos. I try my best to photograph the image, note that the color can vary widely from one monitor to another.

 

SHIPPING 

All items are shipped from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, and ship to Canada and the United States. I use Canada Post for delivery and currently shipping times in Canada are approximately 4-10 business days.
